A clinical foundation few child psychologists share.

Dr. Wald completed her postdoctoral fellowship in the Pediatric Psychology Consultation Program at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine — working alongside physicians to help children and families navigate acute and chronic medical conditions. Families come to her for that expertise; they stay for how seen their children feel.

Her care is evidence-based and developmentally informed — never one-size-fits-all. She partners with parents as part of the team, translating what the research shows into practical steps a family can actually use at home, at school, and in the moments that matter most.
